DH housing proposals won’t be considered until at least 2018…

January 31, 2014 By DH.net

9355-490x410At the Solihull Council meeting on Wednesday Blyth Ward Councillor Ken Meeson and Chair of the DH Parish Council Richard Holt successfully urged the planning committee not to consider the planning applications for Braggs Farm or Cleobury Lane, at least until after they are released for housing development through the Local Development Plan.

This means that the applications will now not be considered until after the site are released through the LDP in April 2018 (Braggs Farm) and April 2023 (Cleobury Lane).

Thank you for the comments. Just to update you on ‘unfinished business’ the council has agreed contract with administrators and a developer appointed. The dots and i’s need addressing, but fingers crossed that work will start this year.
